The movie Caregiver is played by the one and only Megastar in the Philippine Industry, Miss Sharon Cuneta. She plays the role of Sarah, a grade school English teacher that joins the Filipino Overseas Workers working in the United Kingdom to support her husband, Teddy (played by actor John Estrada) in making a better living for their family.
